In some areas it will be necessary to dispose of your stormwater on site where offsite disposal is not possible or very costly. A soil percolation (or Saturated Hydraulic Conductivity) test will determine the suitability of the on-site soils to “absorb” this water. The values determined from this test will assist the designing Engineer to adequately size the proposed system to suit the site.

Geotechnical Reports
A geologist will visit your site and drill a number of test bores in the places of the proposed new building foundations. A detailed report will then be made and issued to you. All site reports meet the Australian standard 2870 for footings and slabs.
